Here is how to make subtitles using windows movie maker:
Start –> Programs –> Accessories–>Entertainment –>Windows Movie Maker
Open Program…click on File…then Import into collections (select your video from where you saved it on the computer)..then drag the movie clip to the timeline at the bottom and drop it there…
Then…look at “Edit Movie” on left side..and click [...]
