    Hi there Tayler …
Nice seeing you at the NLTC, but too bad we didn’t really sit down and chat much, I guess we both were too busy, and I was chasing tails.
Hopefully we can sit down and have coffee or whatever you prefer for a chat or two.
I went to Amy Cohen-Efron breakout session(Vlogger/Blogger), and I kind of was a little disappointed, although, I did made at least a suggestion or two with Amy on the idea of having this presentation a way I would like to see fit.
I appreciated the aspect of putting us vloggers/bloggers in to a responsible mode whereas we should always be. But I know there is a lot more to this than what I perceived then.
So a suggestion to you as a whole, why don’t you do a series of 3 to 5 minute vlog aspect, elaborating Amy’s presentation? I am sure this would be something educational to us. Don’t you think? It’s time consuming I bet, but anything worthwhile.

Until then … stay well and be strong.

    Hi Deaffred!

It was really great meeting you at NLTC, and I wanted you to know that I do really appreciate your participation in my breakout workshop/presentation. I value your feedback and I want you to know that I did incorporate your feedback for the second presentation on the next day. I am open for feedbacks, and it helps me to improve my skills. I am sorry that you are disappointed, and if I were you, I would feel the same. It was a great challenge to provide as much information in an hour, knowing that it was scheduled right after our lunch break. I do want to give the participants the opportunity to express their thoughts, just like how we function on the internet.

Hopefully that next year’s training conference will be more hands-on leadership training where there will be a structured activities provided for all of the participants. The activities will allow us to develop leadership skills, and the same time getting feedback from each other.

Deaffread, you are a natural leader, and I know that. It takes guts and class of you to approach me and gave me a very valuable constructive criticism.

I admire you for that. Thank you.

    Amy Cohen Efron
