    Hello Cobra,

    I talked to one of my friend and he said that it is against FCC policy when HOVRS tells people that they have to be loyal to HOVRS to get MVP. FCC pays lot money to Sorenson for mileage, repair, install, and VP equipment. FCC do pays small amount of money to each like HOVRS, CSDVRS, other providers. It is my understanding that any provider cant tell customers that they must be loyal to one of the provider which is against FCC policy. Please correct me if I am wrong.
